We are inviting applications from Sales attributes & professionals for the role of Client Relationship Officer in a premium Hair transplantation & Cosmetic Clinic.
The position involves managing inbound enquiries, engaging with prospective clients, maintaining structured follow-ups, and supporting their journey from enquiry to confirmed treatment with professionalism and care.
The role also requires confidence in closing conversations and working towards defined performance goals.
Working Hour: 10.00 AM -6.30 PM
Preferred Background:
Minimum 1 years of experience in Lead conversions, inside sales, or client engagement roles (Exposure to hair treatment clinics, medical sales, cosmetic or aesthetic services is a strong advantage)
Key Attributes:
- Strong selling and persuasion skills with a refined, client-centric approach
- Comfortable working with targets and incentive structures - (Performance incentives applicable)
- Professional phone etiquette and relationship-building ability Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
- Familiarity with lead management systems and CRM tools
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
