Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Process Trainer with a strong background in BPO, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or EdTech Sales Training. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training new hires on company processes, sales techniques, communication skills, product knowledge, CRM usage, and customer handling to ensure they are confident and sales-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for new telecallers and Business Development Executives.
- Deliver process, product, and sales training related to Stock Market Education courses and services.
- Train employees on call flow, customer handling, objection handling, rapport building, and closing techniques.
- Conduct role plays, mock calls, and practical training sessions.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, quizzes, and live call audits.
- Identify skill gaps and conduct refresher training sessions.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, SOPs, scripts, and process documentation.
- Coordinate with HR and Sales Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and performance improvement.
- Track trainee progress and submit daily/weekly training reports.
- Ensure employees adhere to company policies, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
- Stay updated with company products, sales strategies, and market trends.
Required Candidate Profile
Experience :
- 2–5 years of experience as a Process Trainer, Sales Trainer, Voice & Accent Trainer, or BPO Trainer.
- Experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, BPO, EdTech, Banking, Financial Services, or Stock Market domain preferred.
- Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of telecalling processes and sales methodologies.
- Ability to motivate and coach freshers.
- Experience conducting mock calls and live call evaluations.
- Good understanding of CRM systems and MS Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and mentoring skills.
- Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
- Preferred Candidate
- Experience training freshers in a target-driven sales environment.
- Exposure to EdTech, Financial Services, Stock Market, or Investment products will be an added advantage.
- Ability to design engaging training modules and improve conversion rates through coaching.
- Feedback ratings from trainees and management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
