Roles & Responsibilities
- Configure and manage SAP QM master data including inspection plans, MICs, and inspection methods.
- Support inspection checklist functionality within SAP EAM and ensure seamless QM-PM integration.
- Manage inspection lifecycle activities including inspection lots, results recording, usage decisions, and follow-on actions.
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to design scalable inspection and maintenance solutions.
- Support maintenance order-driven inspections and checklist execution processes.
- Lead data migration, preparation, and conversion activities from legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA QM/EAM.
- Ensure alignment of inspection processes with asset management and maintenance operations.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and support for QM/EAM functionalities.
- Drive process improvements and standardization for inspection and checklist-based workflows.
- Maintain documentation, configuration standards, and user support materials.
Requisites
- Strong expertise in SAP QM and SAP PM/EAM integration.
- Hands-on experience with inspection plans, MICs, inspection methods, and checklist-based inspection processes.
- Good understanding of inspection lifecycle concepts including inspection lots, results recording, and usage decisions.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA QM/EAM implementations and support activities.
- Knowledge of data migration and conversion from legacy systems into SAP environments.
- Familiarity with maintenance-order driven inspections and enterprise asset management processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and project-driven environments.
