Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer with experience in premium residential and/or high-end commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise, leadership abilities, and hands-on experience managing teams and delivering luxury spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complete interior design lifecycle from concept to execution
- Manage and supervise a team of designers, draftsmen, and site staff
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present premium design concepts
- Develop layouts, mood boards, 2D drawings, and high-quality 3D visualizations
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants
- Oversee site execution to ensure superior quality and detailing
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and material selections
- Review team deliverables and ensure design standards are maintained
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture (Diploma holders will not be considered)
- 5–10 years of experience in interior design
- Mandatory experience in premium / luxury residential or high-end commercial projects
- Proven experience in team handling and project leadership
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality executed projects
Skills Required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong understanding of luxury materials, finishes, and detailing
- Excellent client-facing and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple high-value projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in turnkey or design-and-build projects
- Strong vendor network in premium materials and furnishings
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost optimization for luxury projects
