Store Incharge – Job Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and inventory control.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and physical registers.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Issue materials as per approved requisitions and maintain issue records.
Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams.
Prepare stock reports, GRN, material movement reports, and inventory summaries.
Maintain housekeeping, safety, and compliance standards in the store.
Control material losses, damages, and discrepancies.
Manage loading, unloading, and dispatch-related activities.
Requirements
Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in store and inventory management.
Knowledge of MS Excel, and inventory software.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
