Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and developing effective sales strategies for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate and convert leads through various marketing channels.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and project teams for smooth operations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
