About the Role
GCB Automobile is looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives / Relationship Managers to drive vehicle sales and build long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and basic knowledge of automobiles. Candidates with prior experience in the automobile industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate leads and convert them into sales.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
* Explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations.
* Follow up with prospective customers and close sales.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
* Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
* Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
* Stay updated on new vehicle models, features, pricing, and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* MBA preferred (Graduates with strong sales skills may also apply).
* 0–2 years of sales experience.
* Freshers are encouraged to apply.
* Basic knowledge of automobiles and vehicle features is preferred.
* Prior experience in the automobile industry will be an added advantage.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building abilities.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office.
