Role Overview:
The role focuses on international sales, client acquisition, lead conversion, and handling overseas business accounts across markets like Europe, Asia, UAE, and the US. The position is target-driven and mainly involves outbound sales and business development activities.
Location: 4th Floor, A-111, Police Station Road, Block C, Wazirpur Industrial Area, Ashok Vihar, New Delhi, Delhi, 110052.
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle international B2B sales and business development.
● Make outbound international sales calls, emails, and client follow-ups.
● Generate and convert leads provided by the company.
● Build relationships with overseas dealers, distributors, and clients.
● Present company products/services confidently to potential buyers.
● Negotiate pricing and close deals with international customers.
● Manage key customer accounts and maintain long-term relationships.
● Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
● Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Required Skills:
● Strong spoken and written English communication.
● Confidence in cold calling and client interaction.
● Sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
● Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
● Quick learner with good presentation ability.
● Self-driven and proactive attitude.
Eligibility:
● Any graduate / Pursuing.
● Freshers to experienced candidates can apply depending on role level.
● Prior experience in B2B or international sales is preferred.
Salary Range:
● ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
● Plus incentives/commissions/performance bonuses.
Work Environment:
● Office-based role in Delhi.
● Often includes UK/US/Europe shift timings depending on market.
