Financial Oversight
Monitor operational budgets and expenses.
Identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure efficient utilization of company resources.
Business Development Support
Support business expansion and growth initiatives.
Enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
Process Improvement
Analyze workflows and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
Implement automation and technology-driven solutions.
Drive continuous process improvement across departments.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Maintain quality and operational standards.
Performance Monitoring
Define and monitor KPIs across all departments.
Prepare operational reports for senior management.
Use data-driven insights to improve business performance.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate effectively with HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations teams.
Resolve interdepartmental challenges efficiently.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
