Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executives (GRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests by providing warm hospitality, addressing guest concerns, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
Ensure a pleasant and memorable dining experience for all guests.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain guest records and assist in customer engagement activities.
Support promotional events and customer loyalty programs.
Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting areas.
Follow company service standards and hospitality protocols.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
