Job Summary:
Aspireon Film Academy is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Senior Academic Counselors with prior experience in Film Academies or Media Education. The ideal candidate should possess strong counseling and sales skills, guide prospective students in choosing the right filmmaking courses, and consistently achieve admission targets through telecalling and walk-in counseling.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students over phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries.
Convert leads into admissions by understanding student requirements and recommending suitable courses.
Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, events, referrals, and other sources.
Conduct professional campus tours and explain course offerings, career opportunities, and academy facilities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets within the assigned timeline.
Maintain accurate lead data and update CRM on a daily basis.
Coordinate with the Sales Head, Marketing Team, and Academic Team to maximize conversions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
Eligibility:
Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Academic Counselor.
Prior experience in a Film Academy, Media Institute, or Creative Education sector is mandatory.
Proven track record of achieving admission/sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Proficiency in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
