We are looking for candidates from Thiruvananthapuram and nearby areas who can handle customer communication and support our interior design services.
The position requires working from our Kollam office. Accommodation facility is available for selected candidates.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through calls
- Follow up with interested customers
- Provide service details and information
- Coordinate with the project team
- Maintain customer data and call records
- Support daily customer communication
Requirements
- Experience in telecalling preferred
- Freshers are welcome
- Good Malayalam speaking skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer-friendly communication skills
