Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Student Admissions Executive to engage with students and parents, understand their academic goals, and guide them through the admission process. The role involves lead conversion, student enrollment, and maintaining strong relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with students and parents via calls and counseling sessions
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Convert leads into enrollments through inbound and outbound communication
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Track daily activities, leads, and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets and performance metrics
- Ensure a smooth and professional admission experience
- Build long-term relationships with students and parents
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in counseling, sales, or customer handling
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
- Confidence in tele-calling and student interaction
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills
Preferred
- Experience in the education or EdTech sector
- Prior experience in admissions or student counseling
