We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive / Sales Consultant to handle customer inquiries, conduct site visits, and close sales for our residential and commercial projects. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide complete project information.
- Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective buyers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, and accounts departments for smooth processing of bookings and documentation.
- Maintain proper records of leads, site visits, and sales closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing ability.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales and customer handling.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
- Presentable personality and professional attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
