Job Summary
We are hiring a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager for our Hotel & Resort business. The candidate will be responsible for generating revenue through corporate tie-ups, travel agents, leisure bookings, weddings, and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business for room revenue, group bookings, and leisure sales
- Develop corporate accounts and maintain long-term client relationships
- Handle wedding, banquet, and event sales leads and ensure conversions
- Build strong tie-ups with travel agents, tour operators, and event planners
- Conduct sales meetings, property visits, and presentations
- Achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets
- Prepare sales reports, business forecasts, and client database updates
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth event execution and guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in Hotel/Resort Sales
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Sales / MICE / Wedding Sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation & client handling skills
- Target-oriented personality with strong closing skills
- Experience in Pune market is preferred
