We are seeking highly motivated professionals with a strong passion for sales and a proven ability to convert inquiries into orders through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling customer interactions over phone calls and focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls from leads generated through the website, social media platforms, WhatsApp, digital marketing campaigns, and other sales channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their preferences and needs.
Provide detailed product information, address customer queries, and effectively handle objections to facilitate sales closure.
Follow up with prospective customers and nurture leads through the sales funnel until conversion.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, quotations, and sales updates.
Achieve individual monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Coordinate with the operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
Ensure a professional and positive customer experience throughout the buying journey.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, customer sales, or e-commerce sales.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and sales-closing abilities.
Ability to build rapport with customers and confidently handle objections.
Basic proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Business.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
