Job Title: Site Engineer – Civil

Job Summary:
The Junior Site Engineer will be responsible for supporting the execution of civil construction activities at site, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines. The role involves coordination with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth site operations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Site Execution & Supervision
- Assist in execution of work as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule
- Supervise on-site labor and contractors for daily activities
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources
2. Quality Control
- Conduct routine quality checks as per standards
- Ensure materials and workmanship meet required specifications
- Report non-conformities and assist in corrective actions
3. Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments
- Support in short-term planning and daily work scheduling
- Follow up on material deliveries and site requirements
4. Measurement & Billing Support
- Assist in quantity take-offs and site measurements
- Support in preparation and verification of contractor bills
- Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs)
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain site records, checklists, and logs
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
- Ensure proper documentation of drawings and revisions
6. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety practices at site
- Monitor use of PPE and safe working conditions
- Report unsafe practices and incidents immediately

Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and site execution
- Understanding of RCC, finishing, and structural work
- Familiarity with AutoCAD (preferred)
Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting formats
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
