We are looking for Sales & Marketing Executives for our Pondicherry HUB

Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets for the courier company. The role involves promoting courier and logistics services to corporate and retail clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking
Promote courier services including domestic and international shipments
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Negotiate pricing and service agreements with customers
Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and convincing ability
Knowledge of courier/logistics industry is preferred
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Customer-focused approach
Qualifications:
Any under graduation degree
2–5 years of experience in sales (preferably courier/logistics industry)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
