· Connecting with Decision makers of product selection at sites and projects.
· Understanding the requirements of clients and pitching corresponding products
· Sampling of the RachTR products at site.
· Conversion of sampling to Sales, and repeat orders.
· Survey of all projects and sites where RachTR products are being used on Daily basis.
· Connecting and building rapport with Site Decision makers and Supervisors from Clients end.
· Understanding the requirements of clients and pitching corresponding products.
· Sampling of the RachTR products at site.
· Ensuring execution of proper process for application of the products.
· Training of the masons and contractors for proper application.
· Documentation for all projects with respect to quality control measures.
· Inventory Management of RachTR products at the site, and forecasting future requirements.
