Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Analyst to support business growth in the IT sector. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, supporting sales activities, and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services and software solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Support the sales team with business reports, analytics, and presentations.
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and client documentation.
- Track sales performance and maintain MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and client support.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Business Development, IT Sales, or Market Research.
- Good understanding of IT services, software solutions, and client handling.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects.
- Understanding of sales pipelines and business strategies.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
