Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, execution-focused Marketing Manager who can drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales through influencer marketing, social media management, content creation, and performance marketing support.
The ideal candidate should be highly active on social media, understand current trends, possess strong copywriting skills, and be capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and effective marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers, content creators, and parent bloggers.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and agencies.
- Negotiate collaborations and manage influencer budgets.
- Coordinate end-to-end influencer campaigns from briefing to content delivery.
- Ensure influencers create high-quality content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Track campaign performance and maintain influencer databases.
Content & Creative Strategy
- Research social media trends, viral content formats, and competitor activities.
- Adapt trending content ideas into engaging advertisements and brand campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts for performance marketing campaigns.
- Create content briefs for influencers, photographers, videographers, and designers.
- Coordinate with video editors and graphic designers to ensure timely delivery of assets.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow Kids Station's Instagram and LinkedIn presence.
- Create monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
- Plan and publish Instagram posts, reels, stories, and LinkedIn content.
- Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Identify opportunities to improve organic reach and audience engagement.
Copywriting & Communication
- Write compelling ad copies, captions, product descriptions, campaign messaging, and promotional content.
- Develop communication strategies for launches, sales campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all marketing channels.
Advertising & Campaign Strategy
- Work with the performance marketing team to develop ad creatives and campaign strategies.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to recommend advertising approaches.
- Continuously test and optimize creative concepts for improved campaign performance.
- Generate fresh content ideas based on competitor analysis and industry trends.
Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams including design, video editing, ecommerce, and customer support.
- Manage timelines and ensure marketing deliverables are completed as scheduled.
- Maintain a content library and campaign tracker for all marketing activities.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, social media, or content marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and influencer ecosystems.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to spot trends and convert them into engaging marketing campaigns.
- Experience coordinating with creators, agencies, and creative teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets, and basic marketing analytics tools is preferred.
