About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Manager who can drive business growth while professionally representing the company before clients, partners, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales and business development experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities through networking, client meetings, referrals, and market research.
* Identify potential clients and develop strategies to convert leads into business opportunities.
* Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, conferences, and business events.
* Present company services, business models, and solutions effectively to prospective clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution.
* Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to promote company offerings.
* Negotiate business proposals and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
* Maintain records of client interactions, meetings, follow-ups, and business development activities.
* Act as a professional face of the organization and uphold the company's brand image.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Relationship Management.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
* Professional appearance and confident personality.
* Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
* Good knowledge of business development and sales processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Travel Requirement
* The candidate should be comfortable travelling for client meetings, business presentations, networking events, and business development activities.
* Frequent travel may be required based on business needs.
Preferred Candidate
* Prior experience in client-facing roles, business development, sales, or corporate presentations will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
