Key Responsibilities1. HR Processes & SOP Implementation
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, processes, and SOPs
- Ensure standardization and continuous improvement of HR practices
- Maintain compliance with company policies and labor laws
2. KPI & Performance Management
- Define and track HR KPIs and metrics
- Drive performance management systems across departments
- Provide data-driven insights to management
3. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Handle complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
- Ensure smooth joining, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities
- Maintain employee records and documentation
4. Team Leadership
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance
5. Employee Relations & Grievance Management
- Address employee grievances effectively and confidentially
- Build a positive and healthy work environment
- Act as a bridge between management and employees
6. Talent Acquisition & Retention
- Manage recruitment strategies and hiring processes
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
- Develop and execute employee retention strategies

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
