Required Skills:
✅ 1–3 years of experience in Bench Sales/US IT Staffing
✅ Strong vendor network and direct client relationships
✅ Experience marketing H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC consultants
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✅ Ability to identify requirements and place consultants quickly
✅ Good understanding of US staffing processes and technologies
