- Lead and oversee retail operations across showroom locations.
- Drive sales performance and business growth.

- Lead and mentor Store Managers and department heads.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and service standards.
- Analyze business performance and implement improvements.
- Build and develop high-performing teams.
Qualifications
- MBA or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 8–15 years of experience in retail or business management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities.
