Role Overview:
You will be responsible for handling projects from feasibility to execution, ensuring design excellence along with technical accuracy and compliance with local norms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare feasibility studies as per local regulations and norms
- Develop creative and practical architectural designs
- Lead facade design with a contemporary approach
- Prepare and review working and execution drawings
- Conduct site visits and resolve on-site challenges
- Coordinate with consultants and internal teams
- Support liaisoning with required drawings and documentation
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
- Timely completion of feasibility studies and design stages
- Accuracy and quality of working drawings (minimal revisions)
- Compliance with local norms and approval requirements
- Site issue resolution turnaround time
- Client/consultant coordination effectiveness
- Adherence to project timelines
