The Executive – Accounts amp; Finance supports day-to-day accounting operations.
The role ensures accurate recording of financial transactions, timely processing of invoices and payments.
Reconciliation of accounts, and maintenance of financial records to support smooth business operations and compliance requirements.

1. Strategic Contribution:
Support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records.
Contribute to improving data accuracy and process efficiency.
Support timely reporting and reconciliation activities
Assist in ensuring compliance.
2. Functional Contribution:
Record accounting entries and maintain books of accounts
Process vendor invoices and customer receipts.
Prepare bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Maintain accounting documents and supporting records.
Coordinate with internal departments finance-related matters.
Success Indicators in First 6 Months
Accurate and timely posting of accounting transactions.
Completion of reconciliations within prescribed timelines.
Timely processing of invoices and payments.
Reduction in pending reconciliation items.
Ability to independently handle routine accounting tasks.
Ideal Candidate Background
B.Com / M.Com / BAF / BMS (Finance) graduate.
1–2 years of experience in Accounts amp; Finance.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Experience working with Tally, SAP, or similar accounting software.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
