Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (including email, paid search/social, content, and events).
- Lead Generation & Acquisition: Direct traffic-driving and lead-generation strategies to fill the sales pipeline or accelerate self-serve user signups.
- Content & Brand Management: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including copywriting, landing pages, and email marketing templates. Ensure all assets align with our brand voice.
- Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rates, and email open rates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and design teams to align marketing messaging with product updates and seasonal promotions.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources to the highest-performing channels to maximize ROI.
