Job Title: IT Networking & Hardware Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled IT Networking & Hardware Engineer to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot our client organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth network operations, handle hardware installations, and provide technical support to end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
- Troubleshoot network issues, connectivity problems, and hardware failures
- Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure and internet connectivity
- Install, upgrade, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Provide technical support and resolve user issues related to hardware, software, and networking
- Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and asset records
- Ensure network security and implement best practices for data protection
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, AMC, and support services
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewall configuration
- Familiarity with Windows OS, basic Linux knowledge is a plus
- Experience in hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance
- Understanding of network security practices
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
