About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive ELV Service Engineer to join our Service & Maintenance team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, maintenance, commissioning, and customer support for various ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems across client locations.
The candidate should have strong technical expertise in security and low-voltage systems, excellent fault-finding skills, and the ability to independently manage service activities while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of ELV systems.
- Attend breakdown and service calls within defined SLA timelines.
- Diagnose and rectify faults in CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Video Intercom, Public Address, and Intrusion Alarm Systems.
- Carry out testing, commissioning, configuration, and handover of systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot IP-based security systems and networking devices.
- Conduct site inspections and recommend system improvements.
- Maintain service reports, maintenance logs, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for timely issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
- Provide technical support and basic user training to customers whenever required.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in ELV system service, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience working at commercial buildings, corporate offices, hospitals, residential projects, industrial facilities, or data centers.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
