We are looking for an experienced Area Manager – Business Development with a strong background in Architect Sales and Project Sales within the Building Materials industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business through Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, and Consultants while driving project specifications and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, and PMC Consultants.
- Generate project specifications and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and client meetings.
- Track ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Project Sales, or Architect Sales.
- Experience in the Building Materials industry is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of the Ahmedabad market will be an advantage.
