Team Leader with 2 - 5 years of experience in the Loan or Credit Card industry.
Candidates must have a Loan or Credit Card background.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and motivate a tele-sales team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly STPL/PL loan sales targets.
2. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and support to improve productivity.
3. Drive outbound calling campaigns and review customer interactions to improve quality.
4. Coordinate with the field sales team.
5. Handle escalated complex customer queries and conduct regular follow-ups with the sales team for timely closure.
6. Ensure compliance with credit policies and call quality standards.
7. Manage team schedule & attendance.
8. Generate reports on daily/weekly sales performance.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
Requirements:
1. Experience as a Team Leader or Trainer in the Loan/Credit Card industry.
2. Good knowledge of Loan & Credit Card products.
3. Good/Average English communication skills.
4. Good team handling and coordination skills.
5. Experience in Banking, NBFC, DSA, or Financial Services will be preferred.
