Job Title: Admin Executive
Location: Trezure Casa – Chamunda Complex, Kasheli, Kalher, Bhiwandi, Thane.

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly responsible and proactive Admin Manager to oversee end-to-end administration, facility management, and store operations for our premium furniture showroom. The role demands leadership, ownership, and strong execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administration & Facility Leadership
- Oversee complete showroom and office administration
- Ensure smooth daily operations and premium store standards
- Manage infrastructure, utilities, and maintenance planning
2. Vendor & Store Management
- Lead housekeeping operations ensuring showroom is always client-ready
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and product presentation
- Implement SOPs and checklists for daily and periodic maintenance.
- Manage vendors for maintenance, security, housekeeping, and supplies
- Negotiate contracts and ensure cost optimization
- Track AMC renewals, agreements, and vendor performance
- Resolve escalations efficiently.
- Handle and supervise housekeeping, drivers, security, and helpers
- Assign duties, monitor attendance, and ensure discipline
- Drive accountability and performance of support staff
3. Inventory & Asset Control
- Supervise product counting, stock audits, and inventory accuracy
- Maintain records of all company assets and infrastructure
4. Events & Store Experience
- Lead execution of in-store events and exhibitions
- Ensure showroom readiness, logistics, and coordination
- Maintain premium customer experience standards
5. Safety & Security
- Ensure adherence to safety norms and emergency protocols
- Monitor security systems (CCTV, access control)
- Conduct regular safety audits
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in administration/facility management (retail/luxury preferred)
- Proven experience in team handling and vendor management
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience in inventory control and operational management

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
