System Design:
Executing the complete product design and development (Concept development & finalization, design calculation for tank sizes, defining process parameters - Aeration time, settling time, HRT, SRT, volume of air required, Tank Overflow calculation; Pipe sizing and discharge estimation using hand calculation or software, Sizing the filtration system & dosing requirements).
Equipment Selection:
Select appropriate mechanical equipment and components based on project requirements and performance requirements. Evaluate and choose pumps, blowers, mixers, agitators, compressors and other mechanical devices suitable for water & waste water treatment applications.
Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance process efficiency of the plant.
Documentation:
Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications and documentation of the mechanical systems. 3D modelling of concept design, equipment design calculation, layout plan, testing, validation and drafting for Water Treatment Plant. Preparation of BOQ for costing.
Operations collaboration:
Shall provide support for procurement, installation and commissioning, collaborating with electrical, civil and environmental engineers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with other plant components.
