Job Summary
Million Phase Industry Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and expanding our presence in domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Promote the company's chemical products to industrial and B2B customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and dispatch teams for timely order execution.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and business development updates for management.
Required Skills
