Role Description The Part Time Video Editor internship at All About Digital is a hybrid role based in South Dum-Dum, with some flexibility to work from home. The Video Editor intern will assist in editing marketing and brand videos, including trimming footage, adding transitions, syncing audio, and applying basic color adjustments. Daily tasks include organizing raw assets, following brand guidelines, integrating motion graphics or simple text overlays, and preparing final files for various digital platforms. The intern will collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure videos align with campaign objectives and timelines, and may contribute ideas for improving visual storytelling and engagement.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Video Editing and Video Production for digital and social media content.
- Ability to perform basic to intermediate Video Color Grading to achieve consistent, appealing visuals.
- Experience or familiarity with Motion Graphics and Graphics for titles, lower thirds, and simple animations.
- Proficiency with common editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) or similar software.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to follow creative briefs and brand guidelines.
- Capacity to work in a hybrid setup from South Dum-Dum, communicate clearly, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Portfolio or samples of previous video work are highly preferred.
- Relevant coursework or training in film, media, design, or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
