We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter to join our People & Culture team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, along with the ability to lead and mentor a team while driving hiring strategies and ensuring timely closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions (Retail, Sales, Corporate roles)
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring productivity and performance
- Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower planning and hiring needs
- Drive bulk hiring and critical position closures within defined timelines
- Oversee sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Conduct HR interviews and coordinate with stakeholders for further rounds
- Monitor and improve recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance ratio, closure rate)
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
- Manage recruitment reports, dashboards, and MIS tracking
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in recruitment, with exposure to team handling
- Experience in retail/sales/volume hiring preferred
- Bachelor’s degree / MBA in HR or related field
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office, ATS, and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
