Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients for digital marketing and technology services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and outbound campaigns.
- Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and present tailored solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals independently.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- Education qualification: BE in Computer Science/ MBA in Marketing
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in a digital marketing agency or startup.
- Proven experience selling services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Performance Marketing, Branding, or related digital solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
