As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for welcoming customers in a courteous and professional manner, understanding their needs, and assisting them in selecting appropriate jewellery products. You are expected to demonstrate strong knowledge of jewellery designs, gold purity, diamonds, gemstones, pricing structures, and certification details, and to communicate this information clearly and confidently to customers.
Tasks
· To welcome customers politely and maintain a professional and friendly approach at all times.
· To understand customer requirements by listening carefully and providing suitable product suggestions.
· To display and present jewellery items attractively to customers.
· To explain product details such as design, gold purity, diamond quality, gemstone specifications, weight, pricing, making charges, and certification.
· To assist customers in selecting jewellery that meets their preferences and budget.
· To use effective sales techniques to close sales while maintaining transparency and customer trust.
· To achieve individual and showroom sales targets as assigned by management.
· To handle billing, invoicing, and payment transactions accurately as per company procedures.
· To ensure safe handling, proper care, and security of all jewellery items at all times.
· To maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing jewellery displays and showcases.
· To support stock management activities, including inventory checks, tagging, and stock movement records.
· To immediately report any stock discrepancies, damages, or security concerns to the management.
· To build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
· To handle customer queries, complaints, exchanges, and after-sales service requests professionally.
· To follow company rules, ethical standards, hygiene practices, and security guidelines strictly.
· To coordinate effectively with team members and management for smooth showroom operations.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
