About the Role
BizBoozt Services LLP, a sister concern of SJJS & Associates, is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to support and manage interactions with Advisors, Business Owners, and platform users. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a professional approach towards customer engagement and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the BizBoozt business model and platform operations
- Coordinate with onboarded BizBoozt Advisors regarding bookings, schedules, follow-ups, and issue resolution
- Interact with Business Owners and explain platform features, advisory services, and business benefits
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and satisfaction-related concerns professionally
- Resolve payment-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams when required
- Liaise with the Development Team and Digital Marketing Team to report technical or operational issues faced by users
- Assist in implementing customer support and operational improvements
- Update the founders regarding recurring issues, customer feedback, and suggested improvements
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports relating to onboardings, bookings, revenues, usage statistics, and operational data
- Support other business coordination and operational activities as required
Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, client coordination, or related roles preferred
Age
- Preferred age group: 20–30 years
Language Proficiency
- Strong reading, writing, and speaking skills in English and Malayalam
- Hindi language proficiency will be an added advantage
Preferred Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup/business environment
