We are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Core HR, Payroll, and Talent/Learning modules. The consultant will lead functional delivery across requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into Oracle HCM configurations.
Configure and support:
Core HR: Global HR, Workforce Directory, Journeys, MSS/ESS
Payroll: Payroll processing, validations, statutory/compliance support
Talent & Learning: Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Succession, Learning Cloud
Configure Journeys, approval workflows, security roles, and self-service processes.
Support SIT, UAT, go-live, and post go-live hypercare.
Prepare functional documentation and conduct end-user training.
Work with technical teams on data migration (HDL/HSDL), integrations, and reporting.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
Strong functional expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Talent, and Learning.
Experience with Journeys, MSS/ESS, approvals, and security roles.
Working knowledge of HDL/HSDL and Fast Formulas (Payroll/Eligibility/Absence).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
