Your typical day will involve collaborating with different teams, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in troubleshooting activities, ensuring that all systems function optimally and meet the needs of the organization. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving, as you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and reliability of essential business applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering L2 Automation. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues. - Experience with automation tools and methodologies. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Familiarity with software development life cycle and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering L2 Automation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
