Job Title: Senior Architect – Commercial Interior Fit-Out

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of commercial interior fit-out projects. The role involves managing end-to-end architectural design, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered with high quality, functionality, and aesthetic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead conceptualization, design development, and execution of interior fit-out projects
Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed designs
Coordinate with clients, consultants, MEP teams, and contractors
Ensure designs meet client requirements, timelines, and budget constraints
Oversee site execution to ensure design intent is maintained
Review material specifications and finishes for quality and suitability
Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards
Manage design changes and provide innovative solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Architecture
15+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably in commercial interior fit-out projects
Strong expertise in space planning, detailing, and execution
Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office
Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction techniques
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
Preferred Experience:
Experience in corporate offices, retail, or workspace interior projects
Exposure to high-end or large-scale commercial fit-out projects
