Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Manage and grow our official social media channels.
- Create engaging Reels, posts, stories, carousels & short-form videos.
- Spot trending content, sounds, formats and turn them into brand-relevant ideas.
- Develop creative concepts, hooks, captions and scripts.
- Use AI tools to brainstorm and create better content, faster.
- Edit videos using CapCut / Adobe and create graphics using Canva / Adobe tools.
- Track content performance and experiment to improve reach, engagement & traffic.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera for Reels and other content.
Requirements :-
- Is creative, energetic and genuinely understands social media.
- Has a good eye for trends, storytelling and visual content.
- Knows video editing and basic graphic design.
- Is comfortable experimenting with AI and new content formats.
- Can turn an idea into content that makes people stop scrolling.
Preferred candidate :-
Have a portfolio of Reels, videos, campaigns or social pages you've worked on? Even better!
