Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Strategic Sourcing: Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, and social media. Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with department heads to understand their specific hiring needs, team dynamics, and skill requirements. Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact and brand ambassador for candidates, ensuring a transparent, respectful, and engaging interview process. Data-Driven Decisions: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, source quality, and offer acceptance rates, to optimize the hiring pipeline.
