Job Summary:
Ferromonk Steel Structure Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead and manage all quality assurance and quality control functions in the PEB manufacturing process. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, implementing systems, and driving continuous improvement across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall quality control and assurance activities across the plant
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards and procedures
- Ensure compliance with drawings, BOQ, and customer specifications
- Handle incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
- Conduct internal audits and ensure ISO compliance
- Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with production, design, and project teams
- Lead and train the quality team (inspectors, supervisors)
- Monitor KPIs and prepare quality reports for management
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Required Qualifications:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering
Skills Required:
- Leadership and team management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Decision-making ability
- Good communication and coordination
- Knowledge of quality tools (CAPA, RCA, 7 QC tools)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in PEB industry
- Knowledge of welding inspection standards
- Exposure to client handling and audits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
