The primary responsibilities of a Cambridge primary coordinator include:
- Program Management: Overseeing the registration of students for exams and ensuring compliance with CIE guidelines and requirements.
- Curriculum Development: Collaborating with teachers to ensure the curriculum aligns with CIE syllabi and standards.
- Staff Training and Support: Providing training and support to teachers to ensure their understanding and implementation of the Cambridge programs.
- Assessment Coordination: Coordinating the administration of Cambridge examinations, including exam schedules and venues.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collecting, analyzing, and reporting data on student performance in Cambridge examinations.
- Professional Development: Leading professional development sessions for teachers and assessing professional needs.
- Resource Management: Managing Cambridge International Curriculum resources, including textbooks and online materials.
- Communication: Communicating effectively with teachers, parents, and school administrators to ensure successful implementation of the Cambridge International Curriculum.
