Job Title: Service Sales – UPS & Batteries
Location: Gujarat/ Pune
Job Purpose:
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell battery replacements, service packages, and warranty extensions for UPS systems and batteries.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Identify potential clients and convert leads into service contracts.
Prepare and present service quotations, negotiate terms, and close orders.
Conduct site visits, assess UPS and battery conditions, and recommend suitable services.
Collaborate with technical service teams for timely delivery of services.
Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual service sales targets.
Maintain updated knowledge of UPS/battery technologies and services.
Ensure timely collection of payments from service contracts.
Maintain and update CRM records on customer interactions and sales pipeline.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of UPS systems, inverters, and industrial batteries.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand and explain technical service offerings.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
2– 8 years of experience in service sales of UPS, batteries, or related power backup solutions.
Experience in handling AMC/service contracts is preferred.
