- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
- Document findings and solutions to enhance team knowledge and support processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of monitoring strategies to prevent future incidents.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Appdynamics APM.
- Experience in monitoring application performance and diagnosing issues using application performance management tools.
- Ability to analyze system logs and metrics to identify root causes of problems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve complex application and infrastructure issues.
- Familiarity with incident management and escalation procedures.
- Capability to work with development and operations teams to implement fixes and improvements.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Appdynamics APM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
