Finance Operations Executive (US Finance)

Manage Corporate Card creation, modification, closure, and monthly administration.

Process Zoho invoicing on a daily basis.

Generate PayPal Invoice Links and process payments through the Virtual Terminal.

Perform vendor bank account verification and trade reference checks for new vendor onboarding.

Coordinate with banks, payment partners, and internal stakeholders for finance-related queries and resolutions.

Prepare and maintain Damage & Defective Allowance (DDA) reports on a monthly basis.

Prepare Volume Rebate (VR) reports and ensure timely reconciliation with vendor agreements.

Perform Credit card transaction validation and daily reconciliations.

Manage and follow up on AMEX dispute cases, ensuring timely resolution with card providers.

Track and update legal cases, maintaining accurate records and providing regular status updates to management.

Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly finance operational activities.

Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all finance transactions.

Coordinate with internal business teams and external vendors to resolve payment and operational issues.

Identify opportunities to improve existing finance processes through automation and standardization.

Support management with ad-hoc reports, reconciliations, and operational analysis whenever required.

MBA (Finance), M.Com, B.Com, BAF, or any Finance/Accounting-related qualification.

3–5 years of experience in Finance Operations, Accounts Payable, or Finance & Accounting.

Experience working with payment gateways, banking operations, vendor management, or finance operations will be an added advantage.

Prior exposure to US-based finance processes is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good knowledge of Accounts Payable and finance operations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).

Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
